AyxWallet provides a platform for transactions between participants. We are not a party to deals between users and merchants except where expressly stated.

2. Account

• You must provide accurate data and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity in your account.
• Access to some features requires verification.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for illegal activity, money laundering, fraud or circumventing applicable restrictions.

4. Fees

Fees may apply for using the service. Current rates are shown in the app before you confirm a transaction.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages related to use of the service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of the terms or legal requirements. You may delete your account at any time.
